How much is the delivery?

We offer Free US Shipping on all orders and Free Canada shipping on orders over $150 value.

How long will delivery take?

We will ship your order within 3-4 business days of purchase. Keep in mind that made-to-order items are usually completed in 2 - 4 weeks. 

How do I track the delivery of my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

Your Yarema Jewelry orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.

What shipping service do you use?

In the United States, we use USPS and UPS as our primary delivery carriers. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number. The rest of the world we use USPS and DHL as our carriers.

Sadly, we can not take the responsibility for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. 

Any import duties, custom fees, taxes or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please contact your local customs office for accurate duty and tax information on international orders. We recommend using UPS or Federal Express to ship the item(s) back to us, however the return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

How do I return or exchange an item?

We hope that you are happy with Yarema Jewelry pieces, but If for any reason, you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund or exchange an item within 15 days of delivery date.

Please note that customizable and made to order pieces are not returnable

Made to order items were specially made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Once production begins on them, they cannot be canceled.

To complete your return, please email us at support@yaremajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then process a refund for you.

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered, and the item must be in brand new, unworn condition. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by the Yarema Jewelry team. 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your package.
