Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

For ready to ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please refer to the product description for more details about the delivery timeline for each piece.

• How much is the delivery?
  • We offer complimentary US and Canada shipping on orders over $500.
• How do I track the delivery of my order?
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Is a signature required for the delivery of my order?
  • Yes, we always require a signature. If you or any other adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day.  If you call or talk to your local office, they can reroute to another address or hold it at their office for you to pick up at your convenience.
• What shipping service do you use?
  • In the United States, we use USPS and UPS as our primary delivery carriers. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number.
  • In the rest of the world, we use USPS and DHL as our carriers.
• What if my package got lost?
  • If you think your package is lost, email us at support@yaremajewelry.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Sadly, we can not take the responsibility for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided. We strongly suggest adding a shipping insurance at checkout for high value orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be subject to additional charges, taxes, or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. 

Any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Most of our jewelry is made to order and crafted just for you, which means we are unable to accept returns. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will make it right.

Select earrings, necklaces, or bracelets may be eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Rings are not eligible for returns due to their custom nature.

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your ring size, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size chart on our homepage.

If you are unsure about an item’s eligibility or have a special request, please email us at support@yaremajewelry.com before making your purchase.

• How to complete a return?
  • To complete your return, please email us at support@yaremajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then process a refund for you.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be sent in the same jewelry packaging, and the item must be in brand new condition. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by the Yarema Jewelry team. 
• What if my item arrives damaged?
  • If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your package.
