Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times: Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 4–6 weeks for crafting before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or major U.S. holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please refer to each product listing for item-specific timelines.
Shipping Rates: Complimentary shipping is available on all U.S. and Canada orders over $500. Shipping rates for orders under $500 will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery. You may also contact your local carrier office to arrange an alternate delivery address or hold your package for pickup. Please note that redelivery schedules are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Carriers: Within the United States, we ship via USPS and UPS. For international orders, we ship via USPS and DHL.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
All Yarema Jewelry shipments are insured through our carrier at the time of dispatch. Our signature requirement is designed to protect your order from theft or misdelivery.
Once a delivery is confirmed as signed and received, Yarema Jewelry cannot be held responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after that point. If your tracking shows no confirmed delivery and you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@yaremajewelry.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work toward a resolution. Please note that claim outcomes are determined by the carrier and are subject to their investigation process and terms of coverage.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties or failed delivery attempts, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping fees, if applicable, will be deducted from any eligible refund.

RETURN POLICY
General Policy: Because most Yarema Jewelry pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights in the event of a defective or incorrectly made item (see below).
Eligible Items: Select ready-to-ship earrings, necklaces, and bracelets may be eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. Items must pass inspection by our team before a refund is issued.
Rings are not eligible for return or exchange due to their custom-sized nature. We strongly recommend consulting a local jeweler for sizing before ordering, or referencing our Ring Size Guide.

Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery at support@yaremajewelry.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion based on the circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return Email support@yaremajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back before receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, demand, and other market factors. Promotional offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
